Here are a few things you can try on your own:
1. Reboot
2. Scan for viruses
3. Exclude that folder from your ant-virus scanning program
4. Close the app. Move all the files in that folder to a different folder. Then delete it and re-create it while logged in as that user.
a. The only thing special about that folder is that it needs to be name “NexusAudit Document Upload Folder”, it must be on the user needs to have full permissions to access it.
b. Then move one file back to that folder and see if your able to upload the file.
5. If that doesn’t work delete the folder. NexusAudit will re-create it the next time it starts.
6. If you continue to have access permissions issues leave the folder empty. This will reduce or possibly eliminate the errors because there won’t be any files in the folder that it is trying to access.
