Nexus is built and tested for Internet Explorer. We don’t support other browsers. The only part of the system we test with other browsers is the policyholder web interface, (that is also tested with Chrome and Firefox).
With that said, we are aware of carriers and vendors who use other browsers with our system and most areas seem to work OK, but there is no guarantee that all controls in the system work with any browser other than IE.Browser Support in Nexus
